What should I wear for my headshot session?
Wear solid colours or subtle patterns that complement your skin tone. Avoid overly bright colours, logos, or distracting prints. Furthermore, layering can add depth to your look. Additionally, bringing a few outfit options is always a good idea.
How should I prepare for my headshot session?
Stay hydrated and get a good night’s sleep to look fresh. Additionally if you wear makeup, keep it natural and matt to reduce shine. For hair, style it as you normally would, and bring any grooming tools for touch-ups. If you wear glasses, consider bringing a non-reflective pair to avoid glare.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
We recommend that you use your regular hairdresser that you trust. However we may be able to put you in touch with some makeup artists, so you can make your own arrangements. Please ask.
How long does a headshot session take?
A standard session usually lasts between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the package you choose. This allows time for outfit changes and different poses to ensure we capture your best look.
Can I see my photos during the session?
Yes! I offer a quick review of images during the session so you can see how they’re turning out. Consequently we can make any adjustments if needed.
How many photos will I receive?
This depends on the package you choose. Typically, you’ll receive a selection of fully edited, high-resolution images. Additional images can be purchased if desired.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes, all final images include professional retouching to remove blemishes, reduce shine, and enhance your natural look while keeping the photo authentic.
When will I receive my final images?
Final retouched images are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. However, if you need them sooner, rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
Can I use my headshots for social media and LinkedIn?
Absolutely! In fact we encourage you do do so. Your images will be delivered in high-resolution and web-friendly formats, perfect for LinkedIn, social media, company websites, and more.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session?
I understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.
Do you offer group or corporate headshot sessions?
Yes, I also provide on-location headshot sessions for teams and businesses. Group rates are available based on the number of people being photographed.
What if I’m not comfortable in front of the camera?
That’s completely normal! I guide you through natural poses and expressions to help you feel confident and relaxed. My goal is to capture your best, most authentic self.
What if I don’t like my photos?
I want you to love your headshots! That’s why I review images during the session to ensure we’re capturing what you like. Consequently, if adjustments are needed, I’ll work with you to get the perfect shot.
How do I book a session?
You can book your session by contacting me through my website, email, or phone. Alternatively, you can check my availability and book directly on my booking page here. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment options. Full payment is due before image delivery.
